Both times turning the engine off and restarting didn't fix, it had to sit off for 10+ minutes then fixed itself. 2018 Radio/Screen Not Working! Got in my truck a couple weeks ago to head to work and my radio wouldn't come on, just a black screen with no response whatsoever. During the drive I (pulled over) discovered the soft reset by holding the power and forward seek buttons. This worked and my long commute was no longer silent.

My 2013 Ford Focus is a piece of junk! I bought this car brand new, but it has given me problems with the transmission, door latches, and now the radio. Ford had recalls on the transmission and door latches and should have a recall on the radio. The radio would have a popping sound, then I wouldn’t hear a sound.
